Dallas Metal Service offers a comprehensive array of commercial maintenance, painting and restoration services. Maintaining the appearance and structure quality of buildings is our passion.
Our owner, Gary Miller, created our company over 2 decades ago. He, working as a manager, in a northern maintenance company noticed an overwhelming need for change in the industry. The need for better qualified and trained employees and continuing education for all employees on materials and new methods. He saw the need for physically fit, meticulous, and responsible employees that could succeed with the physical demands of the job and the strenuous schedule. Retention of good employees is a must in this industry to keep qualified people. The most important change was required in customer service and personal care to the commercial partners.
Our owner moved to Dallas, Texas and thus Dallas Metal Service was created. His intentions, then and presently, are to provide a cornerstone in the industry with unwaivering customer service and top quality technicians.
Dallas Metal Service has maintained and restored hotels, high-rises, schools, historic landmarks, places of worship and high-end residential homes.
Our staff understands the demands of the fast paced commercial world. We are pleased and ready to assist you in an owner walk-through, budget demands, vandalism, last minute maintenance needs for a special guest to hospitality, or anything that is of urgent nature. Current and new customers will both have access to these types of requirements.
Every customer will meet with the owner, not a sales associate or manager, to have a quality assessments of the issue at hand. This means your company will have 25 plus years of experience and "know how" to assist you.
